I have lived in the Dallas area since 1974 and have been in real estate for 12+ years. Previous to real estate I was a Sale & Marketing Executive in the Security Industry. After traveling almost every day for a long period of time, I decided it was time to make a career change. I stumbled into real estate accidentally and fell in love with it and decided to pursue it wholeheartedly. The sales, marketing and negotiating experience from my previous corporate career have provided me a basis of experience to build my business on. After all, marketing a home is similar to marketing a product. It is very important to showcase a home’s strengths when selling it and my marketing experience really helps here. My years in the area (I went to Lewisville High School, have lived in Carrollton, Lewisville, The Colony, Plano and Frisco) provide me with a basis of information on the area from years of living here that not every realtor possesses. I believe this helps when showing buyers around the area, and in helping them understand the personalities of different areas around Dallas.
